David Nilsson - Assembler and tractor driver

Tell us what you do at Fronteq!
– I work with final assembly of Siljum's products, mainly Multi Snow Plows. I am responsible for mounting all hydraulics and complete wings. Before delivery, I also do a final check to ensure that all hoses are correctly fitted and that there are no leaks.

How long does it take to assemble a Multi Snow Plow?
– A Multi Snow Plow consists of around 900 parts and it takes around three days to complete an entire plough. In order for the assembly to be efficient, I make sure that all the parts that are needed are selected before the work begins. A Multi Snow Plow X-Line is fun to assemble because it contains many components and parts.

When is your job at its best?
– I like when the work flows and that I have everything in place around me before I start assembling. It's always nice to go home and take a weekend and feel like everything is done. Then I have good workmates and that is also important to me.

What are Fronteq's main strengths?
– It is that we have products with good quality and fast deliveries.

What do you prefer to relax with when you are off duty?
– Then I like to work in the forest or drive a snow mobile.
