Ufo high tip buckets are available in sizes from 2.5 to 20 cubic metres. They are robust and reliable. The tipping cylinders have end position damping and a tipping angle of up to 90 degrees. The two largest models have a 75 degree tipping angle.
Each bucket has side plate-mounted tipping cylinders that are end position damped in both directions. This results in better balance, smoother operation as well as reduced wear and tear and increased service life. The tipping cylinders are located at the sides, which is unique to the design.
The design minimises the risk of material freezing, contributing to higher productivity, better accessibility and less effort to manually clean the bucket.
The dumping angle and design allows the bucket to empty completely, regardless of the material, and increases the bucket's ability to penetrate the material when loading.
The bucket design increases the dump height by approximately 1,500 mm.
Ufos high tip buckets handle materials with a volumetric weight of 800-1,000 kg/m3 (chips, shavings, peat, coal, etc.).
The buckets are available in sizes from 2.5 to 20 m3. The bucket is prepared for bolt-on edges.
The buckets have a high dump height. This facilitates the loading of chip trucks or other trucks with high sides. The geometry of the high tip bucket means that the tipping angle of the bucket is maximised. This ensures that the bucket is fully emptied every time. The buckets are easy to fill and empty, maximising the fill rate and making the smartest use of the machine's power. This leads to shorter cycle times, lower fuel consumption, reduced CO2 emissions and lower operating costs.
