What is important to you in your role as a welder?
– My role as a welder is not just to weld parts together, but to provide our customers with quality products. I am passionate about being involved in developing our products, welding technology and quality.

Which of your characteristics best fits your job?
– It's that I'm meticulous, and that's important when building and welding our work tools.

What makes you happy after a working day?
– It's when we've finished everything that was included in our driving plan that day. Then I am pleased.

Which of Fronteq's products is your favorite?
- Our tilt couplers are absolutely my favorites among our products, because they are the most advanced to manufacture.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
– Then I like to spend time with the family and play disc golf with the son.

David is an assembler and tractor driver at our Bygdsiljum plant. He works with final assembly of Siljum's products, mainly Multi Snow Plows. In his spare time he likes to work in the forest or go snowmobiling.

Daniel is a working supervisor in the machine shop in Götene. In addition to working with his colleagues, he enjoys programming machines and finding improvements.

Jimmy Olofsson - Warehouse and logistics employee and supervisor

Jimmy Olofsson works at Fronteq's facility in Bygdsiljum. He works with everything related to incoming goods, warehouse management and is also a supervisor. Jimmy enjoys doing a good job and continuing to develop every day.
